1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Floralibi website (floralibi.com), placing an order, or communicating with us via Instagram, WhatsApp, or any other messaging platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Floralibi provides fresh flower arrangements, bouquets, and related products for delivery in Miami and South Florida. Orders may be placed via our website, Instagram Direct Messages, or WhatsApp.

3. Orders and Payment

Orders are confirmed upon receipt of full payment.
Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 2:00 PM local time.
Prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice.
Custom orders require a confirmed payment link before production begins.

4. Messaging and Automated Responses

When you contact us via Instagram Direct Message or WhatsApp, your messages may be handled by an automated assistant ("Sofia") powered by artificial intelligence. Sofia is designed to help you browse our catalog, get pricing, and place orders. You may request to speak with a human team member at any time by replying "HUMAN" or "AGENT."

By messaging us, you consent to receive automated responses related to your inquiry or order.

To opt out of automated messaging, reply "STOP" at any time. You will no longer receive automated messages, though your order status communications may be affected.

5. Delivery

Delivery is available within Miami and South Florida.
Delivery fees and estimated times are provided at the time of order.
Floralibi is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Perishable nature of flowers means we cannot accept returns. If there is an issue with your order, contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

Orders may be cancelled up to 2 hours before the scheduled delivery time.
Custom orders are non-refundable once production has begun.
Refunds for damaged or incorrect orders are handled on a case-by-case basis.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on floralibi.com, including images, text, and branding, is the property of Floralibi and may not be reproduced without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Floralibi's liability is limited to the value of the order placed. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

9. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

10. Data Retention and Deletion

If you wish to have your personal data deleted from our systems, please contact us at dadbuyit@gmail.com. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
