Can I change or cancel my plan?
Any time, from your account. Upgrades take effect on your next delivery; downgrades and cancellations apply at the end of the current billing period. No notice required, no exit fees.
How does Monthly vs. Yearly billing work?
Monthly bills on your sign-up date each month. Yearly is charged once and effectively gives you two months free — the same deliveries and perks, at a lower annual rate that's locked for the year.
What if I'm not home for a delivery?
We'll leave arrangements in their hydration sleeve at a safe spot you nominate, or reschedule for the next available window. You can skip a week entirely from the app with no charge.
Do subscriptions include event work?
Pro and Premium members receive priority booking and member rates on full event styling. Premium includes an annual styling credit you can apply to any celebration — weddings included.
Which areas do you deliver to?
All metro postcodes are covered on our standard routes. Regional delivery is available on Premium; enter your postcode at checkout and we'll confirm your route and day.
