ALL SALES ARE FINAL. REFUNDS ARE EVALUATED ON A CASE-BY-CASE BASIS.

Delivery & Rerouting

Please double-check your delivery address when placing an order. If the address provided is incomplete, incorrect, or requires a change while the arrangement is in transit, an additional rerouting fee will apply. This fee is determined by the carrier based on distance, package volume, and the required level of service. Our team will confirm these costs with you before proceeding with the redirection.

Substitution Policy

At Floralibi, we pride ourselves on using the freshest seasonal blooms. If a specific flower variety is unavailable due to market conditions, we will substitute it with blooms of equal or greater value while maintaining the integrity, color palette, and style of the design. Should a customer request a premium substitution that significantly exceeds the original order’s value, the price difference will be billed accordingly.

Change & Cancellation Policy

Order Changes

Requests for changes must be submitted within 24 hours of placing the order and are subject to seasonal product availability. Due to the perishable nature of our floral products, we cannot offer returns or modifications if the specific materials are already in process or unavailable.

Order Cancellations

Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of purchase and submitted in writing via email to hello@floralibi.com. Your cancellation is only official once you receive a confirmation email from our team.

  • Rush Orders: Please note that rush orders cannot be canceled as they are prioritized and processed immediately.

  • Fees: A processing fee applies to all cancellations to cover transaction and administrative overhead costs.

Delivery Refusals

We cannot issue refunds for orders refused at the time of delivery. This applies to all deliveries made on your selected date or the surrounding business window. Because our arrangements are made-to-order using freshly harvested blooms, any refusal will incur the full charge. This policy aligns with international industry standards for perishable floral goods.
