Absolutely. At checkout you can select a preferred delivery window. We offer morning (9 AM–1 PM), afternoon (1–6 PM), and evening (6–10 PM) slots. For time-sensitive occasions, we recommend placing your order the evening before.

Orders must be placed by 2 PM for same-day delivery, Monday through Saturday. Sunday same-day orders must be in by 12 PM. Orders placed after cut-off are scheduled for the next available slot.

Yes — every order includes a complimentary handwritten message card. Just enter your note at checkout and we'll write it by hand and include it with the bouquet.

We love custom work. Tell us your occasion, color palette, and budget and our studio team will design something unique for you. Reach out via our contact form or WhatsApp at least 24 hours before the delivery date.

We do our best to match the photos closely, but flowers are seasonal, natural products — slight variations in shade and texture may occur. We never substitute the overall style or color family without contacting you first.

Most arrangements last 5 to 7 days with proper care: trim stems at a 45° angle every 2 days, change water daily, keep away from direct sunlight and heat, and remove wilted blooms promptly.

We source from farms that follow responsible growing practices and prioritize seasonal, locally available varieties whenever possible.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. All transactions are processed securely via Shopify Payments.

Because flowers are perishable, we don't accept returns. If your arrangement arrives damaged or significantly different from what you ordered, please contact us within 24 hours with a photo and we'll arrange a replacement or store credit.
